Reheat from frozen. For best results, please heat pies in a conventional oven or pie heater rather than using a microwave. Leave the pie in its foil container. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for:

Fan assisted Oven/Gas Oven:

• Heating from Frozen - 40 minutes at 160°C (Gas Mark 4).
• Heating after thawing out overnight in fridge - 20 minutes at 170°C (Gas Mark 5).

Adjust the times according to your particular oven as conventional ovens may take longer to heat the product than fan assisted ovens.

Warming in "Pukka Pies" heater:

• From frozen – 1½ hour on full.
• After thawing in a fridge overnight - 1¼ hour on full.

These are only guidelines as appliances may vary. Always check that food is piping hot throughout before serving. It is good practice to initially heat this product to a minimum core temperature of 75°C. Pies that are served hot or held hot must be maintained at or above 65°C.

Unsold pies that have been heated up must be disposed of, not reheated.
