We only use the Skipjack species, the most sustainable source of tuna and source it from waters where stocks are regularly monitored by the International Seafood Sustainability Foundation (ISSF). We have full traceability back to the fishing vessel, are dolphin friendly with facilities satisfying all the requirements of the Earth Island Institute (EII) Programme of Inspection.
This is available in 1.88kg and 800g for added convenience and once opened can be stored in a refrigerator for a maximum of two days.
