Wheat flour, water, yeast, wheat gluten, salt, emulsifiers (mono and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), calcium sulphate, anticaking agent (calcium silicate), deactivated yeast.
6 months from date of manufacture when stored frozen at -18°C.
Once thawed and baked, consume within 2 days.

Bake from frozen in a preheated oven at 210°C (190°C fan) for 4–6 minutes with steam injection for 10 seconds until golden brown. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
