Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.

Deep Fry:

Preheat oil to 180°C

Fry fillets for 5–6 minutes

Drain and serve

Oven Bake:

Preheat oven to 220°C / Gas Mark 7

Place fillets on baking tray

Bake for 15–20 minutes
