Four distinct and different formed nugget shapes in a crispy golden coloured batter, with no pinholes. The inside of the nuggets shall have distinct green pepper pieces set amongst a smooth yellow cheese with flecks of orange, the cheese is evenly melted. When pieces are broken, they appear full and the cheese flows slowly from the shell when tipped.
Exterior has a smooth surface and is dry and crisp. The cheese should be smooth and runny in texture. The peppers have a slight resistantance to bite and are not mushy.
Fresh fried batter and mild cheese aroma. Clean heated oil, slight saltiness and mild heat from peppers. No off odours.
