PUFF PASTRY WREATH WITH BRIE AND CRANBERRY SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

1 sheet puff pastry 

Small wheel of Brie

3 tablespoons cranberry sauce

Handful of pistachio nuts 

1 egg to glaze 

METHOD

Lightly score around a bowl to make the centre ring shape. 

Place sliced Brie, sauce and rest of ingredients in a circle shape 

Make cuts in the pastry and fold over (see the video to see how) 

Glaze with beaten egg and bake for 20 mins on 200.
