This product consists of large chicken-broiler breast fillets, boneless and skinless, individually quick frozen (IQF), and calibrated by weight into several specific size ranges. It includes the main breast muscle (outer fillet) and separately removed deep muscle (inner fillet), with consistent quality and presentation.
The product is packed in transparent polyethylene bags of 5 kg, labelled and grouped into corrugated cartons for secondary packaging and stacked on wooden pallets for tertiary transport. Each batch undergoes metal detector checks and adheres to strict EU regulations on food safety and microbiological standards.
